Updates

The most exciting thing that is happening in C106 is READING!! Lots and lots of reading!!

Please make sure you are reading the books sent home each week with your child over and over again to improve your child's fluency. As we talked about it school, reading takes practice just like sports and the more we practice the better we become!

Here are some other updates:

Mon. Jan. 17th- Holiday!

Tues. Jan. 18th- TPRI (Reading Testing) Begins

Wed. Jan. 19th- Pajama Day! *See note that will come home next Tuesday*

Thurs Feb. 3rd- Math/Science Night @ 6:15-7:30 in our classroom- come join the fun!

Fri. Feb 4th- 100th Day of Kindergarten!!!!! *See note in your child's folder Tuesday about bringing something to contribute to our 100th day snack mix*

We will be having a HUGE 100th day celebration! Your child will be responsible for making an at home project using 100 objects that will be due on or before Feb 4th. Information will be coming home about this on Tuesday. Please be brainstorming with your child what item he or she would like to use 100 of and what to make with it!
